Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products, collections, or services offered through our website where permitted by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, configurations, and other product information accurately. However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on the device, monitor, and display settings used to view our website.

3. Billing, Payment & Accurate Account Details

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including orders associated with the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information so that we can process your order and contact you when necessary.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Order Processing

The following shipping terms apply to orders placed through GoodStylists. Total estimated delivery time includes both order handling time and carrier shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and national holidays.

Shipping Area: GoodStylists currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Cut-Off Time: 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a cart value of more than $90 USD qualify for Free Standard Shipping at checkout. No promotional code is required.

Order Tracking: Once an order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, a shipping confirmation or tracking update will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Prohibited Content

Website content, including text, website design, logos, product photography, graphics, and other original materials displayed by GoodStylists may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization.

You may not submit content through our services that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of another person or entity.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoodStylists and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Service and transactions through GoodStylists are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
